Hosting and language selection
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects this website. Requests involve technical data such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. These are processed to deliver pages and protect the service. The country derived from the connection determines the initial language on language-neutral URLs; explicit English and German links keep the chosen language. The website does not request precise device location.
Contact enquiries
The form processes your name, email address and message so I can respond. Providing these details is voluntary; without the required fields the form cannot send your enquiry. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers it to my Gmail mailbox, where Google processes the correspondence under its service terms and privacy policy. You can also contact me directly by email. Messages are not published on the website or stored in its content repository.
Contract enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), based on the interest in responding to correspondence. Hosting and security rely on Article 6(1)(f), based on the interest in operating a secure, available website.
Protection against automated submissions
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It processes connection and browser signals, including IP address, browser headers and the website origin, to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor for this protection and as a controller for improving Turnstile. See the Turnstile privacy notice.
Storage, cookies and external links
This website does not install advertising or visitor analytics tools. Images and fonts are hosted locally; music and social platforms are ordinary links, without embedded players. When you open a link, the destination processes data under its own policy.
The browser stores your selected reduced-motion preference locally until you change it or clear site data. Security verification may use necessary browser storage. Editor authentication is restricted to the owner and uses a temporary authentication cookie and GitHub sign-in. No advertising consent is requested because no advertising tracking is installed.
Retention and international processing
Enquiries are retained while needed to respond and follow up, and where necessary to meet legal recordkeeping duties or establish or defend claims. Resend's current Free plan retains email data for 30 days; this does not set the retention of the received email in my mailbox. Technical security data follows the providers' applicable retention policies.
The providers may process data outside the EEA, including the United States. Cloudflare's and Resend's processing terms provide transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
